 Life Expansion Coaching

 

Do you have goals that you want to achieve, but don't know how to go about doing it?  Are you  in a job that pays your bills, but it's not truly what you want to do?  Are you just plain stuck? A Life Coach assist people who are blocked between comfort and success, to get unblocked and start to feel empowered in their lives.  Life coaches unlike therapists, primarily are concerned with the present and the relationship amongst thoughts, feelings, and behavior.  Coaches support clients in building stronger professional and personal foundations for their lives.  I assist you in setting your goals, creating a plan to achieve your goals and together we work through the completion of your goals.

Step One

We’ll talk by phone and discuss your current situation, issues, challenges, changes, etc.  We’ll discuss if our sessions will be in person or via telephone.

Step Two

When we have our first session we will examine various areas of your life and create goals that you want to achieve.  Then we will create a plan to achieve your goals.  This session also includes an Intuitive Reading on various areas of your life.

Step Three

Through our subsequent meetings I will be checking in on your advancements and challenges.  As part of our work together you will receive:

o       Powerful Insights and information that you can use to develop, improve and advance your goals and your vision for your life. 

o       Encouragement to see things from a fresh perspective and create options you might not have realized were there. 

o       Understanding of inner messages and lessons to be learned from and people in your life.

Cost: $500.00 for 4 sessions.  

 

Transformational Counseling:

In transformational counseling we get to the core of what is blocking you from what you want and deserve in your life. This result oriented counseling uses spiritual and healing techniques to take you to the root of the problem so it can be resolved, released and replaced by what you really want in your life.

Cost: $85.00 per Session
