The year 2011 marks the beginning of a number four year cycle for the planet. We get the number four by adding 2+0+1+1=4. This year gives you the opportunity to change your life and lay a new foundation for the remainder of the decade personally and globally. 2010 brought many unwanted changes for people and for others it brought long awaited recognition and achievements. Either way, there is still work to be done. A four year is about work, but focused work brings about different results. It is also a year to let go of old paradigms in your life that are not working for you and create the needed change that you know has to happen for you to move forward. It is important to take time this first quarter to reevaluate the direction of your life. Do not accept the so-called recession, or other messages or doom and gloom. You are the captain of your ship. What you think about, you bring about in your life and this is a very powerful time to harness the power that is in you and channel it towards your hearts desires. In other words, FOCUS! In laying down your foundation never, act from a point of desperation; “I have to get something going!” Do not allow fear to interfere. Always act from a point of power. Keep in mind the phrase “If no one would say no, what would I be doing?” Or, “I’m at the top of a mountain what is the next level of growth for me?” This is an opportunity to create, or add in new elements to your life. Do you want a new business? An advanced degree? New clients or a makeover for a current business? Is it time for a new relationship, or just a new you? Is this the year you free yourself from smoking, diabetes, or twenty extra pounds? Is this the year that you work on your spirituality, or your belief system? If this year finds you starting a new venture, map out your course to success. How do you want to be perceived in your new environment? Set your intentions. If you’re not sure where to put your energy ask yourself “what is trying to emerge through me now?” Then listen. There is a huge amount of power within you. This power is waiting for you to direct it towards the good you desire in your life. This is the time to say “YES” to you. The next step is Fortitude. I never said this year would be easy. “Work” is a term often used when describing a number 4 year. This is a year to avoid procrastination, or straight out laziness. This is a fast year and it will appear faster if you procrastinate. After you lay down your foundation, create your plan of action and work your plan. It is important to be flexible when working towards your goals, but do not settle. When you settle, you get even less than what you settled for. This year provides you with the opportunity to create your fortune. Take educated risks towards your objectives. Be willing to do the necessary work to achieve what you want the right way. If you wouldn’t buy a house with a shaky foundation for top dollar, don’t expect others to buy into you if you don’t have it together. Remember, proper planning plus perseverance, produces prosperity. Always know that you are never alone in your journey. You are always Divinely protected and guided. Be open to the Universe or the Divine Source that governs your life. Listen to it and do what it says, it will not steer you wrong. When in doubt serve. Acts of service are a great way to open yourself up to the Supreme voice. This selfless voice within you can align you with unexpected miracles in your life. Wonderful things can come about this year if you are willing to free yourself from your past beliefs, experiences, or thoughts. Get clear on what you want and how you can bring it about. Then work your plan, stay flexible and reap your rewards.
