ON SITE COACHING
Perfect for Small Businesses and Artists with projects they are trying to complete, promote, or who are looking for ways to expand their business. On site coaching can be done in your work place (set, office, etc) to counsel, motivate and assist you or your staff in the best use of their talents and skills as well as guiding them through their creative blocks and obstacles that can hinder, obscure or keep you from obtaining your goal.
Step One
We’ll talk by phone and discuss your current situation – issues, challenges, changes, etc. I’ll explain how I work and what I can do to help you and your company.
Step Two
I’ll make some suggestions about how we can best work together. Depending on the situation you present, I may recommend:
· One or more hour-long phone sessions.
· A meeting or meetings with you and your staff at your office.
· A training session to help you, or a staff member master a skill.
· A combination of the above.
Step Three
I will use my spiritual gifts and business skills to provide you with

you can use to develop, improve and advance your goals and your vision for
your life.
